One front door. Up to three private suites behind it.
Dual-key and triple-key layouts divide behind a shared entrance into a main home and one or two private suites, each with its own door and bathroom. Grown-up children, visiting parents or a tenant can have their own space within a single home.

Facing
Choose your side of the sky
This close to the equator the sun rises in the east and sets in the west all year, passing almost overhead. Morning light falls on the east-facing sides; afternoon light on the west.

The north-east side takes the early sun, then falls into shade as the sun passes overhead and moves west.
On most floors: Tower A units 1 and 9 to 12; Tower B units 1 and 2.

The east side has the sun from sunrise until around midday, and shade through the afternoon.

About the homes
What layouts are there?
Five, from 690 to 980 sq ft. Type A has two bedrooms; Types B, C, D and E have three. Types B and D are dual key, Type E is triple key, and Type D is the show unit. See the homes.
What does dual key mean?
Behind one shared entrance, the home divides into a main home and a private suite with its own door and bathroom. Triple key adds a second suite.
Which way do the homes face?
Tower A faces north-east and south-west; Tower B faces north-east, east and west. Unit numbers for each side are on the homes page, and are confirmed against the sale documents.
How many car parks come with a home?
Types A and B come with one bay. Types D and E have two or more, depending on the unit. Bays are allocated before sale and cannot be bought later; the allocation for each home, including Type C, is confirmed in the sale documents.
Can I see a show unit?
Yes. There is a Type D show unit. Ask us and we will arrange a time.
Is there a unit numbered 04?
No. In the developer's numbering, 03A takes the place of 04.
What is the maintenance fee?
Estimated at RM0.44 per sq ft, including the sinking fund. The final charge follows the share units allocated under the Strata Management Act 2013.
